Terms and Conditions of Use of the El Oráculo de Ifá App

These Terms and Conditions govern the access, download, installation and use of the El Oráculo de Ifá mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the App), developed and managed by Emeyé (hereinafter referred to as the Owner).

By downloading, installing or using the App, the User fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not agree with any of the provisions contained herein, they must refrain from downloading, installing or using the App.

These Terms govern exclusively the use of the App and the digital services associated with it. The use of the website www.eloraculodeifa.com is governed by its own Website Terms of Use.

1. Identification of the Owner

The El Oráculo de Ifá App is owned by Emeyé, with its registered office at Travesía de Huertas 3, Bajo Derecha, 28807 Alcalá de Henares (Madrid, Spain), Tax Identification Number (NIF) 09246774S, and contact email address info@eloraculodeifa.com.

The Owner is responsible for the development, maintenance, updating and operation of the App and the digital services associated with it.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Before using the App, Users must carefully read these Terms and Conditions.

The download, installation, registration, sign-in, subscription or use of any feature of the App constitutes the User’s express acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms are available in both Spanish and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version shall prevail unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Requirements for Using the App

To use the App, the User must have a compatible device running one of the officially supported operating systems, together with an Internet connection whenever required for specific features.

The User declares that they are at least 18 years of age or have obtained the necessary legal authorisation to use the App in accordance with the legislation applicable in their country of residence.

The User also declares that they have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and to enter into a binding agreement when subscribing to any of the subscription plans offered by the App.

The availability of the App may vary depending on the User’s country, the distribution platform or any restrictions imposed by Google Play, Apple App Store or other digital service providers.

4. Registration and User Account

Certain features of the App require the User to create a personal account and sign in using their login credentials.

During the registration process, the User undertakes to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information and to keep such information updated throughout the use of the App.

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account. In the event of loss, theft, unauthorised access or suspected misuse of the account, the User must notify the Owner as soon as reasonably possible by contacting info@eloraculodeifa.com.

The Owner reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that it has been used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms or in any way that may compromise the security of the App or other users.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers different subscription plans that provide access to its features and available content.

All subscriptions are managed exclusively through the official distribution platforms, including Google Play and the Apple App Store. These platforms are solely responsible for processing payments, renewals, cancellations, billing and any applicable taxes.

Subscription prices are displayed within the App before the purchase is confirmed and may vary depending on the User’s country, currency, distribution platform or the commercial policies of each provider.

Unless the User cancels the subscription before the end of the current billing period through the corresponding platform, the subscription will automatically renew under the conditions established by Google Play or the Apple App Store.

At no time does the Owner store Users’ payment card details or any other payment method information.

6. Free Trial Period

The Owner may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. The duration of the free trial will be displayed within the App at the time the subscription is purchased.

During the trial period, the User may access all the features included in the selected subscription plan at no cost.

Once the free trial period has ended, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription under the conditions established by the corresponding distribution platform, unless the User has cancelled the subscription before the trial expires.

Any matters relating to the management of the free trial, automatic renewals, cancellations and possible refunds shall be governed by the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store, as applicable.

7. Subscription Cancellation

The User may cancel their subscription at any time through their Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.

Cancellation will prevent future automatic renewals, although the User will continue to have access to the subscribed features until the end of the current billing period already paid for.

Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel the subscription.

Any refund requests shall be subject exclusively to the refund policy of Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on the platform through which the subscription was purchased.
